Housing and Registration

Participants in the WEIO events MUST be eligible to participate as per WEIO BYLAWS: Article 2 Section 2.02

2.02 Active Members shall be Board Members, Participating Athletes or their duly authorized representatives, Who are at least one-quarter (1/4) or more (Alaskan, Greenland, Siberian and Canadian) Eskimo, Aleut, Indian or American Indian and who are accepted into membership. The qualifications, rights and obligations of each class of membership shall be prescribed in the Bylaws of the Corporation.

World Eskimo Indian Olympics 2008 UAF Housing:

60 double rooms and 3 single rooms are reserved for WEIO Queen Contestants, athletes and dance groups. Guests will be asked for a Visa or MasterCard number to hold the reservation with the balance due upon their arrival at UAF.

Rooms will be available on a first come, first serve basis. To get room rates or to reserve a room contact the UAF Conference Services Office at (907) 474-6769 , fax (907) 474-6423 or email conference.services@uaf.edu .

Please note that you as the guest and not WEIO will be responsible for all charges for the room and to include any additional services, damages to the facility or lost keys.
